德国米诺测量仪表有限公司1945年成立，总部位于德国斯图加特市。德国真兰国际有限公司1903年成立，总部位于德国萨尔布吕肯。2005年，德国米诺集团收购德国百年企业真兰，实现米诺-真兰两家公司的集团化。德国米诺-真兰集团拥有100多年的能源计量仪表研发制造经验，能源计费抄表服务也已经建立60多年。

Minol Messtechnik W. Lehmann GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1945, headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany. ZENNER International GmbH & Co. KG was established in Saarbruchen, Germany in 1903. In 2005, Minol took over century-old enterprise Zenner to realize the group operation. Minol-Zenner Group has more than 100 years of R&D and manufacturing experiences of energy measurement meters, and energy reading and billing system has been established for more than 60 years.
At present, Minol-Zenner Group has 31 branch companies and more than 100 service providers around the world, which is the fourth largest manufacturer of measurement instruments in the world and one of the three leading energy service companies in Europe. In China, Minol-Zenner Group has three branch companies and one joint venture company. Three branch companies are Minol International Energy Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd, ZENNER Meters (Shanghai) Ltd., Fuzhou ZENNER Water Meters Co., Ltd.. One joint venture company is ZENNER Metering Technology (Shanghai) Ltd.. Minol-Zenner Group has invested more than 10 million EUR in China so far and has nearly 1000 Chinese employees.
